tapja

For you as the owner

Your loyalty programme, in one place in the browser.

Stamping happens at the counter. Everything else (designing the card, seeing who comes back, reading the numbers, keeping team and locations in order, choosing a plan) happens in the dashboard. It runs in the browser, on a computer just as well as on a tablet, and there is nothing to install.

In the browser · in every plan · nothing to install

In short

  • The dashboard is your business’s web interface. You open it in the browser and sign in with your account.
  • This is where your card takes shape: design, reward rule, legal texts, live preview. You see how the card looks in the wallet as you type.
  • This is where you see your guests: who comes in, who has been away a while, who is close to a reward.
  • This is where team, PINs, locations, devices, billing and support live; none of it needs an app.
  • The staff app and the counter in the browser are the tool at the till, not the admin surface. The two complement each other.
What you do here

Six surfaces, one account.

Everything that comes after the stamp, and everything that has to happen before it.

Card designer with live preview

Set colour, logo, banner, stamp symbol and reward rule while watching the card change. Contrast is checked as you type, so your text stays readable on the colour you picked. The barcode can be QR, Code 128, PDF417 or Aztec, whichever your scanner at the till reads.

Guest list and guest profile

Every card with its name, balance, last visit and risk read. Inside a profile you see the history and can correct a balance, grant a reward, reissue the card or void it, with the sensitive steps PIN-protected and logged.

Numbers with a date range

Cards issued, stamps, redemptions, active cards, new versus returning, top guests and the spread of stamp balances. Today, 7 days, 30 days, this month or a range of your own. Exportable as Excel or CSV, in every plan. What is happening right now shows in the live view. And for your tax advisor there is a reward record: every reward handed out with time, place and person, monthly totals per VAT rate, as CSV or print view.

Team, roles and PINs

Add people without an email address of their own: a PIN is enough. Assign a role (owner, manager, staff), assign locations, deactivate access again. That is what keeps every action at the counter attributable to a person.

Locations, devices and stands

Keep locations with address and coordinates, pair counter devices with a short code, and download the QR stand per location as an A4 or A5 PDF. Free, as often as you like.

Billing, setup and support

Booking, switching and cancelling a plan runs here through Stripe. The “ready to go” centre shows what is still missing before you go live. And when you have a question, you open a ticket and see the thread and the reply in the same place.

Tax report for your accountant New

Every reward handed out lands in a list automatically: when, which reward, who gave it. Export it for your tax advisor, on every plan. It does not replace tax advice.

Live view of the day New

See what is happening at the counter today, updated as you watch: stamps, redemptions, new cards. In the dashboard and the app, on every plan, from the manager role.

The most honest tile

You see whether your messages actually did anything.

Most loyalty tools report how many messages went out. That is the easy number and the uninteresting one. The dashboard measures instead how many guests actually came back within seven days of a tapja message, split by automation and campaign, with a comparison to the previous period.

  • And it says what it does not know

The number is a correlation, not a proof. The guest might have come anyway. That is stated in the report, rather than claiming a causality nobody can back up.

  • Where every card came from

Every issued card carries its origin: from a person on your team, from the stand, through a guest referral, through your short link or from the back of a card. The short link, say in your Instagram bio, counts as a channel of its own. The origin is in the guest export on every plan; the report by channel and location comes on the Favourite Chain plan. It has been recorded since September 2026.

  • Regulars at risk, based on rhythm

Instead of “away for 30 days”, tapja works from each guest’s usual gap. Someone who normally comes weekly shows up after two weeks; someone who comes every eight weeks does not.

Worth knowing

Where the dashboard stops.

Four things worth knowing up front rather than discovering after signing up.

Stamping does not happen here

The dashboard is the admin surface. For the counter there is the staff app or the counter in the browser, both paired, both PIN-protected.

Not every role sees everything

Staff see their own numbers, managers see their locations, owners see everything. The security log with IP and reason is visible to owners only.

Advanced reporting depends on the plan

Basic numbers, top guests and the distribution are available everywhere. Reports per programme and campaign come from Favourite Spot; history, staff comparison, impact and automations from Home Base; location comparison and origin on the Favourite Chain plan.

No self-service POS connection

A REST API and webhooks for your own systems come with the multi-location plan, but only on request: we hand out access, and you cannot manage it in the dashboard yet.

Questions about the dashboard.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

Do I have to install anything for the dashboard?
No. It runs in the browser, on any reasonably current computer, tablet or phone. You sign in with your account, and that is it.
Can I use the dashboard on a phone?
Yes. The interface is built for tablet and phone, not just for a computer. For the road there is also a management area inside the tapja app, where you can see numbers, send campaigns and switch automations on and off.
Can my team see my revenue?
No. Visibility follows the role: staff see the guest context at the counter and their own numbers. Reporting across all guests and locations is for managers and owners, and the security log is for owners only.
Can I get my data out?
At any time. You export the guest list, the activity log and the tax overview of your rewards yourself as Excel or CSV, in every plan, including the free one. No lock-in and no data loss if you move on.
How many people can work in it at once?
As many as your plan allows staff accounts. The free plan has two, the middle plan five, above that it is unlimited. The exact numbers are on the pricing page.
What is the “ready to go” centre?
A list of the steps still open before you go live: create a card, complete your business details, set up the counter, hand out PINs, print the stand, test the first card. The state is derived from your real account rather than ticked off by hand, and it blocks you nowhere.

Create an account and take a look at the dashboard.

Start free for good, no credit card. In ten minutes you will see what your card looks like.
