Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Discounters pull customers away.

A loyalty program rewards buying from you.

Quiet at lunch/evening sometimes.

A TODAY lunch offer fills the lull.

You don’t know your regulars.

The dashboard shows who comes in regularly.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "Points per purchase → €5 voucher.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A regular collects his meat for the weekend every Thursday. At the counter he holds out his phone, your team taps once in the staff app, and the points land on the card in the wallet, 90 on the way to a €5 voucher. At lunchtime you send „Meatloaf roll €3.50 today“ to every card and fill the hour between the two rushes. Anyone who has not been in for six weeks gets a friendly reminder, before they get used to the supermarket.

Common questions about tapja for Butchers.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

Is it worth it against the supermarkets?
You will not win on price, but you can win on recognition. Whoever collects with you and gets something back compares less often. And the dashboard shows you who is coming less frequently, before they stop altogether.
Is stamping fast at the counter?
Yes, one tap in the staff app, done. Nobody behind the counter has to hunt for a paper card, and the queue does not stand any longer for it.
Can I reward catering and shop sales separately?
Yes, with two programs side by side. For catering, points per spend make sense; in the shop one point per purchase is usually enough.
Do I have to connect my scale or till?
No. tapja runs independently on a phone or tablet at the counter. Nobody has to touch your existing equipment.
How many points until the reward?
The reward should be reachable in roughly five to ten purchases. If it sits too far away, collecting stops before it becomes a habit.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
