tapja

tapja for chains & franchises

One card that works in every branch.

If every branch prints its own paper card, the chain has no programme; it has ten. With tapja there is one programme that works everywhere, with teams and redemptions per location, and no app for your guests.

Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Every branch does its own thing.

One programme applies everywhere, steered from one dashboard.

Collected in branch A, they want to redeem in B.

Redemption works across branch boundaries.

You cannot see which location actually uses the programme.

Redemptions and live activity per location in the dashboard.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "One programme, every branch, rewards redeemable across locations.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

New in tapja

Four things that take work off your hands.

  • Your logo as the stamp All plans

Instead of a tick, the card stamps your logo or a symbol from your trade: coffee bean, scissors, pretzel.

  • More Google reviews from Home Base

After a redeemed reward or a number of visits you choose, the card asks happy guests for a review and takes them straight to your Google profile.

  • Tax report for your accountant All plans

Every reward handed out lands in a list for your tax advisor automatically, ready to export whenever you need it.

  • Short link and QR code All plans

Your card as a short link for Instagram, a QR code for the counter, or sent straight to a guest by email.

GDPR No app for your guests, GDPR-compliant, servers in the EU.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A chain with seven branches starts with one programme instead of seven paper cards. Head office sets design and reward rule once; every branch gets its own staff accounts with PINs. A guest collects in the city-centre branch and redeems the reward at the station; the card knows both. After a quarter the dashboard shows that two branches barely see any rewards redeemed; head office sees it without asking, and trains them.

Common questions about tapja for chains & franchises.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

How is this different from the "Multi-location" page?
This page is the entry point for decision-makers in chains and franchise systems: what a rollout across many branches looks like and what it costs. The "Multi-location" product page explains the features in detail: teams and branch managers per location, redemption across branches, reporting per location and what is still in preparation.
Can franchisees run their own campaigns?
The roles decide who sees what: head office sees everything, a branch manager the numbers for their locations. Permissions for individual franchisees beyond that we work out on request.
What does it cost across several locations?
The Favourite Chain plan is billed on a graduated per-location basis: the first location €59, then €49 (2-3), €39 (4-9) and €29 from the tenth. Each tier is billed at its own price.
Can a guest redeem in every branch?
Yes, redemption works across branch boundaries. If you want it tighter, you can also restrict a benefit to particular locations; then it applies only there.
Does the programme run under our brand?
Yes. The card and the guest pages carry your logo and colours. Your own domain for the guest pages is in preparation.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
