Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Day guests come twice and disappear.

A visible balance accompanies them to the contract decision.

Monday and Friday the space is half empty.

An offer with its own run time shifts visits into them.

Anyone buying only day passes appears on no list.

Everyone who takes the card appears in your overview by name.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "A point per day pass, the 10th day free.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

Example program

What your coworking spaces program could look like.

A point per day pass, the 10th day free.

A points card for the wallet for everyone without a contract. Plus an offer for Monday and Friday and a greeting for anyone who has been away.

New in tapja

Four things that take work off your hands.

  • Your logo as the stamp All plans

Instead of a tick, the card stamps your logo or a symbol from your trade: coffee bean, scissors, pretzel.

  • More Google reviews from Home Base

After a redeemed reward or a number of visits you choose, the card asks happy guests for a review and takes them straight to your Google profile.

  • Tax report for your accountant All plans

Every reward handed out lands in a list for your tax advisor automatically, ready to export whenever you need it.

  • Short link and QR code All plans

Your card as a short link for Instagram, a QR code for the counter, or sent straight to a guest by email.

GDPR No app for your guests, GDPR-compliant, servers in the EU.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A freelancer buys a day pass. At reception she scans the QR code and the card lands in the wallet, with no app of her own. Your team books the point in the staff app. Over the following weeks she comes irregularly. At the seventh point your team asks about the monthly contract at check-in, and because she can see how often she has been in anyway, she says yes. Anyone who does not sign up gets a free day at the tenth point and stays with you.

When does a stamp card start to pay off?

Two pages with the arithmetic: contribution margin per visit, monthly cost, and the number of extra visits at which the card pays for itself. In return for signing up to our emails; one click unsubscribes.

Common questions about tapja for coworking spaces.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

Does this compete with our contracts?
No, it leads to them. The points balance makes visible how often someone has been in anyway: the best argument for the monthly contract, and you have it to hand at check-in.
Is this a digital multi-visit pass?
Yes, with the package card (from the Home Base plan): your guests buy ten day passes upfront at your counter, for example, and the card in their wallet counts down with every visit. Payment happens at your place; tapja processes no money and keeps no stored value, only the units. Alongside it, the points card can count visits and unlock a reward at a threshold.
Can we use it to invite people to community events?
Yes, as a wallet update to your regulars. The notice lands on the lock screen, not in a newsletter folder; for events at short notice that is the more reliable route.
Do I need to connect our booking system?
No. tapja runs alongside it, on a phone or tablet you already own, or with no installation at all, right in the browser at reception. Nothing changes in your booking system.
We have several locations. Does that work?
Yes, one card for all locations, with teams per location and redemptions per location in the dashboard. Several locations belong to the Favourite Chain plan, billed on a graduated per-location basis.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
