Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Purchases only for occasions, nothing in between.

Loyalty points give a reason to come more often.

Customers forget you.

A reminder puts you back top of mind.

Important occasions slip by.

Birthday and anniversary reminders run automatically.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "Points per purchase → a free bouquet at 100 points.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A customer buys a bouquet for his wedding anniversary and scans the QR code at the register. The points land on his card in the wallet right away, 80 of 100. Because flower purchases hang on occasions, you store the date: next year the card reminds him in time, before he forgets. In between you announce the bouquet of the week by push. At the next occasion he has 100 points together and the bouquet is free.

Common questions about tapja for Florists.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

How does tapja help with infrequent purchases?
Points do not expire, so collecting pays off even when months pass between two purchases. On top of that, occasion and birthday reminders arrive at the right moment instead of getting lost in a newsletter.
Do customers need an app?
No, your customers need no app. The card lives in Apple or Google Wallet, already on the phone. You yourself use the staff app at the register.
Can I remind people of anniversaries?
Yes, and for florists that is the biggest lever. You store the date, and the reminder goes out automatically the following year, a few days ahead so there is still time to order.
How many points should a bouquet earn?
Points relative to spend are common, roughly one point per euro with a reward at 100; awarding by amount belongs to the larger plan (from Home Base). You set the ratio yourself and can adjust it later.
Is it worth it next to walk-in trade?
Flowers are often bought on impulse, but rarely only once. Whoever uses the same shop for a birthday, an anniversary and Mother Day is exactly the customer a card in the wallet holds on to. The Free plan covers up to 30 active cards, so you can try it without risk.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
