Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Changing locations, guests lose track of you.

A location push tells them where you are today.

Plenty of walk-ins, little return.

Stamps give a reason to seek you out.

No connection to your guests.

The wallet card lets you reach them directly.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "10 dishes = 1 free.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

Your truck stands at the business park on Tuesdays and at the market on Fridays. A guest scans the QR code on the hatch the first time and has the card in the wallet, with no app of their own. On Monday evening you send „Back at the business park tomorrow from 11:30“ to every card, so nobody has to go looking. Ordering, your team taps once in the staff app: stamp 6 of 10. At the tenth dish it is on the house, and the guest follows you to the next spot too.

Common questions about tapja for Food trucks.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

How do guests find me when the location changes?
You send your location by push straight to the cards in the wallet. That is the real advantage over a cardboard card: it cannot tell anyone where you are standing today.
Is stamping fast enough?
Yes, one tap in the staff app, even with a long queue. There is nothing to search for and nothing to sign.
Do I need power or fixed internet?
No, a phone with mobile data is enough. The staff app runs on the device you carry anyway, and the QR stand only needs a clip on the hatch.
Is it worth it with constantly changing footfall?
Especially then. A food truck lives on people finding it again. The card in the wallet is the only channel that reaches last week guests directly, without them having to follow you anywhere.
Can I run several trucks?
Yes. Each truck gets its own staff accounts, and you see redemptions per vehicle. For several trucks the Favourite Chain plan bills on a sliding scale.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
