Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Groups come once and you never hear from them again.

Every participant can take the card and stays reachable.

Midweek the karts sit in the hall.

An offer with its own run time shifts races into it.

Good drivers come back, but you just do not know who they are.

The dashboard shows who came how often.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "A point per race, the 15th free.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

Example program

What your karting & laser tag program could look like.

A point per race, the 15th free.

A points card for the wallet that counts every race driven. Plus a weekday offer for the weak hours.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A stag party drives three races on a Saturday. At check-in four of the twelve scan the QR code at the counter and the cards land in their wallets, with no app of their own. Your team books the races in the staff app. Two of them return alone the following month, because they saw the balance. In January the hall is empty midweek, so you send "Wednesday: third race free" to everyone above three points. On the fifteenth race the card pulls the free race, redeemed right at check-in.

Common questions about tapja for karting & laser tag.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

Does everyone in a group get a card?
Everyone who wants one. The QR code sits at the counter and adding it takes seconds. That is exactly where the value is: twelve anonymous group participants become a handful of people you can reach individually next time.
We already have race management with driver profiles. Is this duplication?
Race management knows lap times; tapja knows visits and reaches people in the wallet. The two run side by side and you connect nothing. Counting happens in the staff app, or with no installation at all right in the browser at the counter.
Points per race or per visit?
Usually per race, because a visit with three races is worth more than one with a single race. You set the rule yourself; what matters is that the reward stays reachable, otherwise collecting stops.
Does this work for laser tag too?
Yes, identically: a point per game round instead of per race. If you offer both you can run one shared programme or two separate ones; several programmes in parallel come with the middle plan.
How do I stop someone awarding themselves points?
Only someone signed in to the staff app can award points, and every person has their own account with a PIN. Every entry appears in the activity log with time and name.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
