tapja

tapja for mini golf & leisure parks

Once a summer is too rarely.

Mini golf lives off families who think of you exactly once a year. A card in the wallet reminds them more often and fills the days when little else is going on, with no app for your guests.

Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Families come once a year, usually in August.

A card in the wallet reminds them in May and September too.

One rainy day costs you the whole days takings.

A short-notice offer fills the next fine day.

Paper cards do not survive a beach bag.

The card sits in the phone and cannot be lost.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "8 rounds, the 9th free.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

Example program

What your mini golf & leisure parks program could look like.

8 rounds, the 9th free.

A stamp card for the wallet: one stamp per paid round, valid for the whole family. Plus an offer for the shoulder season.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A family plays a round in July. Paying up, the father scans the QR code at the kiosk and the card is in the wallet seconds later, with no app of his own. Your team stamps the three paid rounds in the staff app. In September things go quiet, so you send "This week: children play free" to everyone who came over the summer. The family turns up at the weekend. On the eighth stamp the ninth round is on the house, redeemed right at the kiosk, and the card starts over.

Common questions about tapja for mini golf & leisure parks.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

One stamp per person or per family?
However you like. The usual rule is one stamp per paid round on the card of whoever pays, so four stamps at once for a family of four. That keeps the reward reachable without everyone needing their own card.
We only open from April to October. Is it worth it?
Especially then, because the card stays in the wallet over winter. When the season opens, one message reaches everyone who came the year before. That is the moment when nobody would otherwise think of you.
What does this cost a small business?
The free plan is free forever and covers up to 30 active cards, one programme and two staff accounts. Beyond that, Favourite Spot starts at €29 a month, cancellable monthly.
Do I need power and internet at the kiosk?
A phone is enough. The staff app accepts stamps without a connection and sends them on once you are back online. The counter in the browser, by contrast, needs a connection throughout.
Do my guests need an app?
No, your guests need no app. The card lives in Apple or Google Wallet, already installed on every smartphone. It needs a name and an email, nothing more.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
