Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Clients come back irregularly.

A refill reminder brings them back on time.

Slots sometimes stay empty.

A TODAY offer fills the gaps.

You have no overview of your regulars.

The dashboard shows who’s loyal.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "Every 6th treatment: a free refill.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

New in tapja

Four things that take work off your hands.

  • More Google reviews from Home Base

After a redeemed reward or a number of visits you choose, the card asks happy guests for a review and takes them straight to your Google profile.

  • Your logo as the stamp All plans

Instead of a tick, the card stamps your logo or a symbol from your trade: coffee bean, scissors, pretzel.

  • Guests refer guests All plans

Your regulars share a personal code. Once the new guest actually visits, both get a bonus. Switch it on when you want to.

  • Milestone rewards All plans

A free croissant after five stamps, the coffee after ten: up to five rewards on one card keep guests motivated along the way.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A client comes in for a refill every three weeks. At the first appointment she scans the QR code at reception, and from then on your team awards the points in the staff app after each treatment. Three weeks later the card reminds her of the next appointment, before the nails start to look untidy. A birthday voucher arrives automatically. At the sixth treatment the refill is free, and if an appointment falls through at short notice you fill it with a today offer to all cards.

When does a stamp card start to pay off?

Common questions about tapja for Nail salons.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

How does tapja keep clients on a regular schedule?
With a reminder in the refill rhythm you set, plus a birthday greeting and win-back. The messages go to the wallet and therefore to the lock screen, not into an inbox.
Do my clients need an app?
No, your clients need no app. Their card lives in Apple or Google Wallet. You work with the staff app to award points and redeem rewards.
How do I fill appointments cancelled at short notice?
With a today offer: a message to all cards saying a slot has opened up. Whoever is nearby and would have come back soon anyway gets in touch, instead of the hour staying empty.
Points per treatment or per spend?
Both work. Per spend is fairer if you offer everything from a quick fill to a full new set. Per treatment is easier to explain when your prices sit close together.
What does it cost for a small studio?
The Free plan stays free and covers up to 30 active cards and two accounts. A studio with a settled client base usually sits above that; Favourite Spot starts at €29 a month, cancellable monthly.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
