Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Price war with supermarkets and online.

Loyalty instead of a discount war keeps your customers.

Little return despite the footfall.

Points give a reason to come back.

Paper cards don’t fit "sustainable".

The digital card in the wallet saves paper.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "Points per purchase → voucher.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A regular does her weekly shop on Saturdays and collects points per purchase, 120 on the way to a €10 voucher. The card lives in the wallet, so there is no plastic and no paper slip she would forget anyway. On Wednesdays you announce the organic product of the week by push. Anyone who has not been in for four weeks gets an automatic reminder. When redeeming, your team taps once in the staff app: the voucher is booked and the points are deducted.

Common questions about tapja for Organic & health food stores.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

Does a digital card fit my sustainable concept?
Yes. There is no plastic, no paper and nothing that has to be reprinted. The card lives in the wallet that is on the phone anyway, and hosting is in the EU.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: only the data that is needed, servers in the EU, and marketing consent asked for separately. Your customers provide a name and an email address, nothing more; the birthday is optional.
Points on spend or on visits?
Both. Per spend fits well when the weekly shop varies a lot; per visit is easier to explain. You can adjust the rule later.
Does it replace my paper discount card?
Yes, and without a hard cut: both can run side by side for a while as your customers switch over. You just stop printing new paper cards.
How much work is the setup?
About ten minutes: create the account, design the card, set the reward, print the QR stand, install the staff app. After that only the everyday step at the register remains, one tap per purchase.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
