Sound familiar?

From frustration to fix.

Between the holidays, visits collapse.

A card in the wallet keeps the contact until the next weekend.

Paper cards do not survive a childs pocket.

The card sits in the parents phone and cannot be lost.

Monday to Thursday the hall is half empty.

An offer with its own run time shifts visits into it.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

  1. Design the card

Pick a card type, set your logo and colors, define the reward rule, for example "10 jump hours, the 11th free.". The live preview shows instantly how the card looks in the wallet.

  2. Onboard customers

The customer scans the QR code at the counter and adds the card to their wallet with one tap. Done, no app for your guests.

  3. Collect & reward

One tap is all it takes: the balance updates automatically on the card, and when a reward is reached a wallet notification lands on the phone.

A day with tapja

How it feels in everyday life.

A mother arrives with two children during the autumn break. At the till she scans the QR code and the card is in her Apple Wallet seconds later, with no app of her own. Your team stamps the two paid hours in the staff app. Three weeks later it rains on a Wednesday, and you send "This afternoon: second hour half price" to everyone away for more than two weeks. She drops by after school. On the tenth stamp the eleventh hour is on the house, redeemed right at the till.

When does a stamp card start to pay off?

Common questions about tapja for trampoline parks.

Question not listed?
Write to us, a person will answer.

Who gets the card, the parents or the children?
The parents. They pay, they carry the phone, and they decide about the next visit. The card needs a name and an email, nothing more; the birthday is voluntary.
We sell time slots, not tickets. Does that fit?
Yes. One stamp per booked jump hour is the usual rule. Book two hours, get two stamps. Your team taps that in the staff app, which takes under two seconds.
What about birthday parties and groups?
The person booking gets the card, the guests do not. That is exactly where the value sits: the following year you reach them in good time before the next birthday, instead of hoping they remember on their own.
Do I need a POS system for this?
No. tapja runs independently of your till, on a phone or tablet you already own, or with no installation at all, right in the browser at the counter. Nothing to rebuild, nothing to connect.
How do I fill the empty weekdays?
With a benefits card: you create a benefit, give it a run time, a quota and a limit per guest. It collects nothing, it carries redeemable benefits. The benefits card belongs to the larger plan.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lives right in Apple or Google Wallet. Both are already on the phone. No download, no login for your customers.
How does the card get onto the phone?
Via the QR code on the counter stand: scan once, "Add to Wallet," done. The card is on the phone in seconds.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes, GDPR by design: data minimisation, servers in the EU and a separate marketing consent. From your guests you need a name and an email, nothing more.
