Set up the stand
In the dashboard you download your stand as a finished PDF, in A4 or A5 and per location. Print it, put it on the counter, done. Free and as often as you like. And once your short link is set, you can share the card in your Instagram bio as well.

Set up the counter
Two routes, same result. Either download the tapja staff app free onto a phone or tablet and sign in with the account from step 1. That is the only app involved, and it is for your team, not for your guests. Or generate a device code in the dashboard and pair the counter in the browser, on the computer at the till for instance. Stamping and redeeming run on it from now on; without a connection, only the app keeps going.

Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Setup is explained in simple steps; if you can use a smartphone, that’s enough.
Do I need new hardware or a POS?
No. An existing smartphone or tablet with the free staff app is enough; a QR stand is optional. Your guests install nothing, their card lives in Apple or Google Wallet.
Can I change things later?
Yes, anytime: card design, reward and settings are freely adjustable.
What does it cost to start?
