Questions about the referral program.

How many shops can I refer?

As many as you like — the number of referrals isn’t limited. What is limited is how much we credit per calendar year: up to 12 free months, which works out to 6 rewarded referrals a year. If you refer regularly and need more, just talk to us.

When are the free months credited?

Once your referral has held a paid subscription (not the Free plan) for 3 uninterrupted months and the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, we credit you 2 free months and your referral 1 free month.

Does my referral have to pay right away?

No, they can start for free first. The reward kicks in once it becomes a paid subscription that is held for at least three months.

Does my credit expire?

No. Your credit doesn’t expire, not even on an annual plan. Any surplus rolls over to the next invoice. It’s settled as free months, not paid out.

Where do I find my referral link?

Logged in to your Tapja account under “Referrals”. You’ll also see the status of your referrals there. No personal link is shown on this website.
