Your team stamps.
The guest shows the wallet card, your team scans it and confirms with a PIN. Every stamp is tied to a person.
Staff app
The native app for iOS and Android: scan, stamp, redeem, hand out cards. On your team’s phone or a tablet at the counter.
Counter in the browser
The same counter with nothing to install: pair the device once with a code from the dashboard, then stamp with the camera or a scanner you already have.
Guests stamp themselves.
You switch it on per program and decide how much proof you need. Available from Favourite Spot.
QR stand
A printed code on the table or at the door. The guest scans it and collects the stamp. Quick to set up, but a QR code does not prove someone was really there.
NFC stand
The guest holds their phone to the stand. Every tap creates a one-time signed proof: a photo or a forwarded link does not count.
NFC card at the counter
A card for your team: the guest holds their phone to it and gets the stamp without anyone scanning. Each card works for exactly one location and one program.

Stamping works on every plan. Self-stamping needs at least Favourite Spot, and you buy the accessories once. All prices excl. VAT.

Which way is the most secure?
When your team scans: the staff app or the browser counter, every stamp with PIN and log. For self-stamping, NFC is secure because every tap creates a one-time signed proof. A QR stand, on the other hand, does not prove someone was on site.
Can I use several ways at once?
Yes. Your team stamps with the app or browser, and QR and NFC stands run alongside. Per-guest limits, such as one stamp per day, apply across every way.
Do my guests need an app for this?
No. The card lives in your guests’ Apple or Google Wallet. To self-stamp they scan the code or hold their phone to the stand, nothing more. The card always gets into the wallet via QR code.
What do the accessories cost?
The QR stand as a PDF is free. Prices for the acrylic and NFC stands, the NFC cards and the set are not set yet; you will order them directly in your account.
